1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • Artist Retention: All copyrights, reproduction rights, and intellectual property rights remain the sole property of the artist.
  • Personal Use Only: The purchase of a physical art print transfers ownership of the physical item only. It does not grant any license, reproduction rights, or commercial rights.
  • Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from copying, scanning, digitally reproducing, redistributing, reselling, or altering the artwork in any format. The artwork may not be used for commercial purposes, digital distributions, or as inputs for artificial intelligence (AI) training models.

2. Product Information & Color Accuracy

  • Screen Variations: We make every effort to display product colors and textures as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens display colors differently, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be a 100% exact match to the physical print.
  • Sizing: Print dimensions are listed in the product description. Minor trimming variations may occur during production.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Fulfillment: All orders are packaged and shipped directly by the artist. Please allow up to 2 weeks for packaging and handling before your order ships.
  • Tracking & Risk of Loss: Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, a tracking number will be provided. The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
  • International Orders: Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or local taxes that may apply upon arrival in your country.

4. Returns and Refunds Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: Because prints are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind. Please review your cart and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your print arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@sophie-perez.com within 7 days of delivery. You must include your order number and clear photographic proof of both the damaged print and the packaging. Valid damage claims will be resolved at our discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Disclaimer: This website and its products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the artist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of products.
